Who you are dealing with

What this tool is, and what it is not

ROAS Chart is a calculator. It takes figures you enter and applies arithmetic to them. Every formula it uses is published on the math behind it, so you can check the working yourself.

It is not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. The outputs are estimates produced from your own inputs and assumptions. They do not account for everything that affects a real business, and they cannot predict what your advertising will actually do. Decisions about budgets, pricing or spending are yours, and you take them at your own risk. If money is on the line, speak to an accountant.

Accuracy

The results are only as good as the numbers you put in. If your margin, costs or ROAS figures are wrong or out of date, the answers will be too. We have tested the calculations carefully, but we do not warrant that the tool is free of errors, and we accept no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of its output.

Free and Pro

The calculator, the chart and the ability to read any point on it are free, with no account required. Pro adds plotting your campaigns, twelve months of tracking, one scenario, the comparison table and PDF reports. Pro costs $19 per month. Max adds everything in Pro plus tracking across as many years as you like, three scenarios at once, and up to 10 team seats set to view or edit. Team seats can be set up inside the app, but sharing data between people is not available yet and is described as coming soon at the point of sale; the rest of Max works today. Max costs $39 per month. Both are billed monthly until cancelled.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your contract for the purchase is with them, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. We never see or store your card details.

Your licence

A Pro subscription grants one person or one business a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pro features while the subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share your licence key. Keys found in public circulation may be deactivated without refund.

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, Pro features stop. The free features remain available.

Ownership

The tool, its design, its code, its wording and the ROAS chart are the property of Amir Emad and are protected by copyright. You may use the tool. You may not copy, adapt, republish or redistribute it, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass, disable or reverse engineer the Pro restrictions.
• Do not scrape, mirror or rebuild the tool as your own product.
• Do not use it in any way that breaks the law where you are.

Availability

This is a small product. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because everything runs in your browser, a page you already have open keeps working even if the site is down.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this tool is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
